We are specialized in the Process, Mechanical design and supply of complete units, "package" type, either onshore or offshore, for liquid and gas separation, purification of natural gas (gas dehydration , glycol regeneration and acid gas treatment and sweetening) and crude treatment (stabilization, separation etc.).

Having all in-house facilities, all destructive and non-destructive tests can be performed by our skilled Q.C. operators. Since 1978, our company has been awarded the authorization to use the "U" and "U2" stamps from the American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME) for certification of equipment in conformity with the ASME Boiler and pressure Vessel Code and also the "S" Symbol for design and construction of Power Boilers.

Our company has two workshops: the first located in Treviso, where the head offices and workshop are, the main one is located in Casale sul Sile, just a short distance from the other one (12 Km).

In our factory in Casale sul Sile we can manufacture vessels with very large dimensions, ranging from lengths up to 100 mt. and diameters up to 6.5 mt. and heavy wall thicknesses up to 350 mm.

I.M.S. has faced the requirement of transportation of those fabricated equipment with the realization of its own quay facilities and harbour crane having a capacity of 550 tons on the Sile River, waterway which connects directly Casale workshop with Venice Port.

Furthermore, I.M.S. recently fabricated a special barge, having an overall length of 64 meters and capacity 1200 tons, which allows river transport of very big columns, vessels, exchangers, skid mounted units from ex works to Venice or Chioggia Port.
